Hi Thomas,

Since the upgrade to 2.0.0 I have a strange behaviour on my site. Its on this page: www.fischertechnikclub.nl/index.php?opti...gory&id=1&Itemid=113

If you select a galery in the left menu and you only choose a year (not a meeting within the year), everything works fine. But if you select a meeting in a year (just pick one), then something strange happens: In the submenu within the header, my three submenu's are shown just a second and then disappear.

My skills level is to low so solve this one myself. Could you please have a look with some kind of inspector and check for anything strange?

If you want me to try something out, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

With regards, Rob.

PS. Happens both in FireFox and Chrome...

I think the issue is because basically the menu will initially load all visible, and the submenus are hidden using JavaScript after the site is fully loaded.
Since the gallery has many pictures, the loading time of the page is a bit longer and you get to see the menu for a second.

I'd have to look into the code to see if it can be changed so the menu is hidden from the beginning.

That sounds to me like a plausable cause... which then only can be repaired by changing the flow of loading the menu items.

It is not a critical error, but I would really appriciate it if you would look into it sometime.

Can you test this?

Make sure to resave the template style and maybe you even need to clear the browser cache so it reloads the javascript.
The JavaScript code is now even simpler :)

Hi Thomas,

This fix works like a charme... Deployed it; regenerated the css file; ctrl-shift-r and the annoying submenu pulldowns were gone!

Retested other site-pages also and everything seems to work fine.

Test completed. Fix may be merged into your next release.

Thanks for your instant solution.

Regards, Rob
